The art of storytelling is always alive and well at SSIS. From October 10th to 17th 2012, all Primary School students at SSIS were invited to gather in the Drama Room during lunch time to hear exciting tales like The True Story of the Three Little Pigs, etc.
On October 16th and 17th, Mr. Andy Wright, a famous international story teller, came to SSIS and gave some highly interactive storytelling performances in the auditorium. Students and teachers were invited to attend these sessions. This whole event was aimed to promote the love of literature among SSIS Primary School students.
Many students expressed that they really enjoyed these vividly told stories. This event enhanced their English listening skills, encouraged the use of their imagination and allowed them to experience diverse cultures.
